This Cancellation Policy explains when an order can be cancelled for Balaji Creation ethnic wear and clothing purchases. It should be read with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms & Conditions.
You may request cancellation before the order is packed, customised, stitched, altered, or handed to the courier. Once processing, customisation, packing, or dispatch has started, cancellation may not be possible.
Products that are customised, stitched, altered, made-to-measure, or specially arranged for your order may not be cancellable once work has started.
If an additional shipping charge is required after address or order review, we will contact you before dispatch. If you do not accept the additional shipping charge, you may request cancellation before dispatch.
Orders paid by UPI are confirmed only after the payment reference is verified. If payment is deducted but order confirmation fails, contact support with your UTR/transaction reference so we can verify and resolve the payment issue.
If cancellation is approved after payment verification, refund handling will follow the Refund Policy. Bank or UPI settlement timelines may vary by provider.
